The Principle Commercial Officer for Ibanda Municipality Deo Tugume has called upon Taxi drivers in Ibanda District to follow an order that requires them to park their cars in a Taxi park.

He made this revelation while addressing taxi owners and drivers during their annual general meeting at Mayors gardens in Ibanda municipality. He ordered taxi drivers to stop parking their cars on streets but rather in taxi park to avoid congestion in town. 

The Principal Commercial Officer also warned taxi drivers who have not cleared Emyoga funs to refund it as away of avoiding being arrested over failure to pay it.
