State Minister for Enargy and Mineral Development, Hon Phionah Nyamutoro's closeness with musician, Eddy Kenzo has sparked debates among people. 

Minister Nyamutoro who is also the National Female Youth Member of Parliament is alleged to be in a love relationship with Eddy Kenzo however, the two have come out to deny being in love.

While the six new Ministers were swearing in at a function that was held recently at State House Entebbe, Minister Nyamutoro who was also among the six ministers was seen accompanied by muscian Eddy Kenzo, which sparked many questions about the relationship they share.

Now, Minister Nyamutoro at night of April 1st, she shared a photo where she was seen with Eddy Kenzo,which garnered attention and speculation due to the time it was shared, and Nyamutoro did not caption the shared photo with any word or statement.
