Police in Ibanda district is hunting for a 16 year old juvenile only identified as a one Cresent, a resident of Bukuuto village in Kigarama Ward, Bisheshe division in Ibanda district after cutting off man’s testicles.

According to the LC1 chairperson of Bukuuto Village Denis Asasira, the suspect Crescent decided to cut testicles of a one Kitengye whom he accused of having love affairs with his mother after the dear of his husband (father of the suspect).

The incident happened on August 28th at around 10 pm. By press time, Police had not yet issued the statement but visited the scene for investigations

This is the second incident in a week following the one where a man cut off the hand of a woman in Bufnda village in Ibanda district accusing her of having affair with another man.
