Rev Canon Alfred Muhoozi elected as 3rd North Ankole Bishop
Rev Canon Alfred Muhoozi has been elected as the 3rd Bishop of North Ankole Diocese.
He will replace Bishop Stephen Namanya, who is the current Bishop of North Ankole Diocese.
Other developments, Rev Canon Wilson Kiseka has also been elected as the new Bishop of Luwero Diocese.
Rev Canon Muhoozi is currently serving as the Archdeacon of Kinoni Archdeaconry in Kinoni Sub County, Kiruhura district. The two elected Bishops were elected by the House of Bishops sitting at Lweza Training and Conference Center today, March, 6th, 2024.
