Mentally ill man electrocuted in Ibanda
Residents of Karindiriro village, Kagongo Division in Ibanda Municipality were left in shock after their fellow was electrocuted.
The deceased, Bamuturaki Flugence,58, was a resident of Karindiriro village, Kagongo Division in Ibanda Municipality and was suspected to be mentally unstable.
According to the village Chairman LC1 Musiimba Godfrey Salongo, Bamuturaki yesterday, January 11th,2024 was trying to climb an electric pole, he was electrocuted. He was taken to Kagongo Hospital for treatment and died on arrival.
