Police in Kazo District have arrested a 60-year-old man for allegedly defiling two girls.

The suspect has been identified as Karwani Christopher, a resident of Nyabiherere I Village, Nyarubanga Parish in Kanoni Sub County, Kazo District and it is said, he has been defiling two girls, aged 6 and 4.

According to Nabimanya Wilson, the Nyarubanga Parish Councillor the suspect is currently detained at Kazo Central Police Station.

Nabimanya says the suspect is said to have been defiling the victims who are daughters of a resident of Nyabiherere 1 Trading Center (name withheld). Efforts to speak to Kazo District Police Commander, Joseph Nsabimana were futile as his unknown phone numbers were unreachable.
