Lwemiyaga County Legislator, Hon Theodore Ssekikubo has revealed that the exercise of collecting signatures to censure Parliamentary Commissioners is going on well.

Hon Ssekikubo together with other 5 Members of Parliament started a process of collecting signatures of MPs with an aim of acquiring 177 signatures to censure Commissioners whom they accuse of allocating themselves money between Shs400m-Shs500M service awards without seeking Parliamentary approval.

These Parliamentary Commissioners are Esther Afoyochan ( Zombo District Woman MP), Prossy Akampulira (Rubanda District Woman MP), Solomon Silwany (Bukooli Central MP) whoare said to have shared 400M each and Mathias Mpuuga (Nyendo-Mukungwe MP) who allegdly got 500M.

While at Parliament today waiting for other MPs to sign, Lwemiyaga County Legislator, Hon Theodore Ssekikubo told journalists that the exercise of acquiring signatures is going on well however he declined to reveal the number of signatures he has so far gathered.
