Suspected Allied Democratic Forces-ADF militants have killed three people in Kamwenge district. 

The suspected ADF rebels attacked a village of  Nyabitutsi in Kamwenge sub-county, Kamwenge district on Christmas night and torched a house killing three people who were inside this house. The deceased include Adrine Ngwabiiji 78 together with her two grandchildren who are yet to be identified. 

While confirming this incident, the Kamwenge Resident District Commissioner, Isiah Kanyamahane Byarugaba said that these rebels after killing three people, they took ten goats and five cows.He urges residents to be calm noting that security personnel including UPDF are hunting the suspected ADF rebels.

This incident comes after 10 people were killed by susopected ADF rebels last week. The suspected ADF rebels attacked a village called Kyabandara in Kamwenge Sub County, killed 10 people.
